9th October 2025

What makes car sharing in rural areas work – or not?
Dr Hannah Budnitz at the Transport Studies Unit, University of Oxford wants to talk to people in Thame about the Co Wheels service to find out how the shared EVs are being used, why, and what it means to our community.
