Affordable Homes for Thame People

Thame Community Land Trust (Thame CLT) will be holding a public exhibition of the Trust’s plans for 31 new homes, for purchase and rent. The public exhibition** will be held in the Upper Chamber at Thame Town Hall on Friday 4th September (2pm to 7pm) and Saturday 5th September (10am to 2pm).

You are invited to inspect and comment on the plans for the development, which is proposed on land to the west of Windmill Road, Thame. Our architects, Transition by Design, will be available to answer questions as will members of Thame CLT steering group.

Thame CLT is a Community Benefit Society with the goal of building genuinely affordable homes which meet the needs of local people, especially those who cannot afford open market prices or access social housing. It has the aim of keeping Thame families together. The homes will stay affordable for Thame families, in perpetuity, by being developed by the Community Land Trust.

The Trust is supported by Homes England and Thame Town Council.

**Please note the public exhibition will be held following COVID-19 guidance, attendance in the Upper Chamber will be limited to 20 people at any one time, face masks to be worn, a track & trace system will be used.
