New year message from the Mayor, Cllr Ann Midwinter on behalf of all Thame town councillors and staff:
'With the England lockdown rules in place, I would like to assure you that Thame Town Council are supporting the Thame Good Neighbour Scheme and Love Thame Blue Hearts who are able to assist if you require help during this new phase of lock down. I am sure as a community Thame will pull together as we did last time and I would also like to thank all our local frontline NHS staff and keyworkers who are doing such a wonderful job in these unprecedented times. We now have two vaccines; a light at the end of the tunnel for us to go forward with confidence and hope for a return to normality as soon as possible. In the meantime we all need to abide by the rules - Stay Home>Protect the NHS>Save Lives.'
