| A Thames Valley Coordinator, George Chapman, has suggested the lovely idea that, at the end of this difficult year, we all should take a moment or two at precisely 12 noon on Christmas Day to go to our front doors with a glass (or a cup of tea if you prefer!) in our hands to toast - or maybe 'shout out to' will be more accurate with social distancing - and say 'Cheers' to all our neighbours - and to NHS staff and carers everywhere! You might like to add all our good friends in Thames Valley Police as well. As we all will be missing our friends and family this year, George's idea seems like a great way to add a bit of Christmas Cheer to what is going to be an unusually quiet time. So please join us at 12 on Christmas Day! |
