With just 10 days to go until our 5k fun run returns on Saturday 27th April, we're urging parents and the local community to get behind this event raising funds for Lord Williams's School.
The event is suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you want to run, jog or walk. Perhaps use it as a warm-up for a bigger challenge you're taking on this year, or have some fun in the sun with all the family.
What's happening on the day:
✅ A fun warm up before fun runners set off
✅ Mr PopMaster himself - BBC Radio 2's Ken Bruce
✅ Fun run - starting at 1pm - obstacles & colour in the school field and Phoenix Trail
✅ Music
✅ Raffle
✅ Refreshments
✅ Thame Runners - find out about the local running club and what's coming up for the year
✅ Thame Music in the Park - buy tickets for this fantastic event taking place on Saturday 5th May on fun run day
Entry costs £10pp and includes a well-deserved medal at the finish line.
All money raised from the event help to fund essential school equipment and resources. With funds from last year the PTA were able to purchase an interactive white board, new school football and cricket kits and picnic benches.
