From today until 12 November, 192 addresses in Thame will display a poppy, or poppies, in their front window. Properties with a poppy signify that a serviceman lived there before going to war. Each poppy lists their name, regiment, address and whether they survived or lost their life during WW1 - a white centre signifies they returned home, where as black centre means they did not. Poppies have also been displayed on the Town Hall windows and in the Information Centre.
