As from Sunday 14th January 2018, a new timetable will start on the 280 and X8 route through Thame - the changes by Arriva are as follows.
- The late evening journeys Mondays to Saturdays between Thame Park and the town centre will be withdrawn with last buses at approximately 19:00.
- Buses will no longer serve Chinnor Road and Garden City however alternative stops are nearby at Jane Morbey Road or Dormer Road.
- New stops will be served at Thame Health Centre on East Street, and Orchard Close (by the Churchill Crescent turn).
- Small timing tweaks but no change to the current frequency.
