The Oxford Mail reports: A Thame pensioner has been found guilty of a series of historic sexual offences against three girls dating back more than 20 years.
Michael Bzdyr, 70, of The Furlongs, Moreton, Thame, was found guilty of six offences following a trial at Oxford Crown Court.
A jury unanimously convicted him on four counts of indecent assault of a girl under the age of 14 and two counts of gross indecency with a child under the age of 16.
The offences were committed between 1997 and 2003.
Following the verdicts on July 9, Judge Ian Pringle KC thanked the jury for their service, saying: “Thank you all for the care and attention you have given to this case.”
Bzdyr was remanded in custody. A date for sentencing has yet to be confirmed.
