Thame Netball Club Seeks New Players Ahead of 2025/26 Season

30th April 2025

hame Netball Club is calling on netball enthusiasts of all experience levels to join its growing community ahead of the 2025/26 season. While players of all positions are welcome, the club is especially keen to recruit shooters and defenders to strengthen its squads.

Currently, the club fields two competitive teams in the Aylesbury District Netball League, competing in Division 2 and Division 4. With ambitions to build on recent successes and develop new talent, the club is offering a welcoming and supportive environment for players to train and compete.

Training sessions are held every Friday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Lord Williams’s Lower School in Thame, providing regular opportunities to improve skills and team dynamics. League matches take place on Wednesday evenings in Aylesbury, offering consistent competitive play.

“This is a great opportunity to get involved in local sport, stay active, and meet a fantastic group of people,” said a club representative. “Whether you’re returning to the game or trying it for the first time, we’d love to hear from you.”
