Major Road Closures on the A418 Oxford Road

4th July 2024

From 12th July until November 2024, motorists can expect some major delays on the A418 Oxford Road between Thame and Aylesbury.

The HS2 Community Engagement Team report that from mid-July the A418 Oxford Road will be closed several times in order to bring the new road alignment into use. The works will culminate with the reopening of the new section of road in November. Part of the old A418 Oxford Road will remain for residents access only.
