Can parents/supervisors of young children please not discard soiled nappies in the general waste bins without first putting them in nappy sacks or bags? The Town Council's maintenance team has had to remove soiled nappies from bins on Southern Road recreation ground several times this week, which is not only unpleasant, but a health risk, particularly in this hot weather.
