Thame Bowlers welcomed Bowlers from Flackwell Heath to play a game of 5 Mixed Rinks. Thame had only two winning rinks but managed to win the game by just 1 shot from the visitors with 89 shots to 88.
Top rink honours went to J Emberson, D Kent, J Matthews and Skip M Dale with a 29 shots to 8 shots win.
Thame bowlers travelled to Wendover last week for a game of 6 Mixed rinks. Thame's only winning rink was that of J Emberson, F Goodyear, C Shannon and Skip Steve Silver who won with 18 shots to 17.
Result Wendover 133 shots to Thame 94 shots.
South Oxford beat Thame at home by 108 shots to 102 despite Thame's top rink of W Rawson, C Shannon, L Grimshaw and Skip L Candied winning by 33 shots to 19.
Oxford League Div 2 result. Thame 86 shots and Hanborough 68 shots. Winning by 3 rinks to 1, Thame get 5 points, Harborough 1 point.
Top rink was J Rawson, J Matthews, R Jenner and Skip G Penn.
J Timms and P Heafey skipped the other 2 winning rinks.
