Thame NHPT have encountered persons begging in a number of areas in Thame, mainly Greyhound Walk next to Biagio Jewellers, and outside Sainsbury's and Lightfoots Solicitors.
The individuals are predominantly male (female on the rare occasion) who present as homeless and beg for money with a sign in front of them.
Thames Valley Police recognise that these individuals are not presenting as genuinely homeless and are part of a well-known organised crime group throughout the UK.
