Please see the below statement from Rod Lavers, Race Secretary of the CPM Thame 10k Road Race.
Just an update on what's been happening with our plans for this year's race. It's now been decided by the committee that the 2021 CPM Thame 10k race will take place on Sunday 5th September (hopefully).
We still have 297 deferred entries from the 2020 race and have now reopened entries via the Run Britain website. Initially we are allowing a limit of 600 entries but will extend this to 800 and ultimately our preferred limit of 1000, depending on how quickly restrictions are lifted as we approach Boris's target of 21st June for taking down all the curbs on public gatherings.
I'm pleased to say that since our entry system reopened last Monday (8th) we have received a further 17 applications for the event. I'm sure as word gets round, places will fill up quite rapidly. So if you are interested in taking part in September please go to the Run Britain website and sign up without delay.
Best regards
Rod Lavers
Race Secretary
CPM Thame 10k Road Race.
