Fitlife would like to introduce you to the winners club.

A 21 day challenge of self development.

This is for anyone who is looking to start 2021 by prioritising their own self development and growth. Whether you are looking to adopt healthier habits, wanting to be compe more productive, looking to maximise your potential, release yourself of fear or self doubt or even want to see what you can learn from yourself in just 21 days.

This programme is about prioritising you. By making the first hour of your day completely devoted to your own growth and self development. Steve will teach you the tecniques you can use in the morning that have helped him go from a personal trainer who struggles with business decisions to a productive business leader.

The first of the 21 days is on the 4th Jan with the first group onlin meet-up on Sunday 3rd Jan.

You'll also have the option to join the winners club WhatsApp group for support and accountability.

What will i need to do?

Fitlife will only accept those who are fully commited to waking up 1 hour before they need to start their day.

The 1 hour of self development MUST happen before anything else in your day. This means if you need to be in the shower at 7.30am, then you need to be out of bed by 6.30am.
