Mobile Coronavirus Testing Unit returns to Thame next week and December

Chinnor RFC Thame continues to support Coronavirus testing programme

A MILITARY Mobile Testing Unit (MTU) will again be deployed in the Chinnor Rugby Club car park during November and December.

Following approval from the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC), the MTU is expected to operate at the Kingsey Road ground on November 25, as well as December 4, 11 and 18.

MTUs travel around the UK to increase access to coronavirus testing. They respond to need, travelling to test essential workers at sites including care homes, police stations and prisons.

Chinnor RFC Thame are pleased to again be able to support the local community through access to the continued expansion of the coronavirus testing programme.

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others.
