Between 12pm and 10pm on Friday 6 December vehicles will have restricted access to the High Street, Buttermarket and Cornmarket, due to the set up for the annual Christmas Lights Switch-On event.
Vehicles will not be allowed to park in the road or on the pavements of these roads from 10am.
Anyone parking will run the risk of causing an offence by obstruction and cars will be removed.
Access will only be permitted to residents and businesses with private parking.
