A must for all design devotees who care about how and where things are made. Sally Evans’ Artists and Makers Fair returns to Thame Town Hall on Saturday 6th April. The event promises to be a feast for the eyes with gorgeous handmade work for show and sale by 20 highly skilled local artists and makers.
From beautiful hand-built ceramics, fused glass, textiles, quirky mixed media creations and paintings to artisan chocolates, paintings, jewellery the event celebrates a broad array of creativity where visitors can absorb themselves in some of the very best in local contemporary art and craftsmanship.
Sally Evans, who has been running Artists and Makers fairs for 16 years, sets high standards for the quality of work on show: “This isn’t another typical craft fair, I carefully handpick talented artists & designer makers who are skilful, engaged with what they do and like talking to the public and whose work I think is interesting, different, high quality yet fairly priced.
