The Planning Committee are meeting on 29 September at 6.30pm.
At this meeting, the Committee will review, discuss, and agree recommendations on an outline planning application P26/S2885/O for the erection of seven homes at Blackditch Farm, Chinnor Road, Towersey and 9 further planning applications. Please view the agenda on the website for details of the applications to be discussed.
The Committee will consider and agree responses to the following consultations:
- From Oxfordshire County Council for Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) which include the removal of DPPPs outside No 34 Park Street, northeast side and new DPPPs at East Street, North side, southern end of Gas Alley and Roundhead Drive, south side, outside No 1 Pym Walk.
- On the new Joint Local Plan for South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse, noting that this is the second joint local plan, and will cover the period up to 2045.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter on the agenda. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the day preceding the meeting.
