The Town Council’s Environment & Assets Committee will meet on Tuesday 14 July at 6.30pm in the Upper Chamber at Thame Town Hall. Residents are welcome to attend. Full agenda and reports are available on the website.
The committee will receive updates and discuss a range of matters including:
- Green Living Plan
- Public Art projects
- Council owned buildings including Town Hall, Depot and the Museum
- Maintenance teams work
- Project Link
- Green & Open Spaces including Play Areas
- Trees within the town centre and the Duty of Care Survey
- Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve
- Allotments
- The provision of future burial space in Thame and whether to reinstate the Burial Space Working Group to help progress this important issue.
- The Memorial Benches, Trees & Shrubs policy
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter on the agenda. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the day preceding the meeting.
