Upcoming road closures in Thame - Park Street & Thame Park Road

Two road closures in the Thame area are taking place in May. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and those with frontages in the road closure. Visit roadworks.org for the latest upcoming road closures.
Park Street B4445 (from East St junction to Chinnor Road / Thame Park Road junction) on 17 May to facilitate carriageway works. The road will be closed between 8am and 8pm.
Thame Park Road B4012 (from Wenman Road junction to A40 at Postcombe) from 20 May to 24 May (est.) for carriageway patching. This will be a 24 hour road closure

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. When: Last Tuesday of every month, 11:00am–12:00pm (starting 28 July 2026)Where: Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments, Tibbs Road, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8FH A supportive space to stay active, share experiences, and meet others affected by stroke.

Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
