| It was great to see you at the Volunteer Fair at Racquets Fitness Centre this weekend! We hope you enjoyed getting to see the great work done by a selection of our local groups, associations and charities – and had fun picking up your free trees. We'd like to thank our sponsors especially Lucy Electric for their generous financial sponsorship and Hartwell Nurseries for their very quick action to be able to deliver 1000 saplings in such a short space of time. Give your tree the best start in life To give your tree the best chance of survival it’s best to keep the roots moist and plant your tree as soon as possible. If you didn't get a chance to pick one of the planting guides provided by Hartwell Nurseries then you can download them here. Please tell everyone If you’ve already planted your tree then make sure you help us raise awareness of the project by including #ThameTrees when posting pictures of your new trees on social media. We’d also love to get photos by email that we can use on the 21st Century Thame website or social media.
