Time to get creative and be in with the chance to take home a share of a £100 prize fund!

Thame Youth Projects are running a competition. This is your chance to get creative and bein with the chance to take home a share of their £100 prize fund!

All you need to do to enter is get creative; paint, draw, write a story or poem, make a video, record a song or dance – anything displaying your creative spark. ?✏✍????

Competition is divided in to two age groups 11-14 & 15-18 (ages on final day of submissions)

To enter, all you need to do is email your entry, or a photo or video of your entry, to
[email protected] with the subject line as “Competition”. ?

Submissions need to be received by 5pm Monday 1st June 2020. Any entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Submissions must also be accompanied by a completed consent form available from our website soon.

Winners will be required to take part in a recorded Zoom presentation with James (Youth Worker) and another representative from TYP. Winners will be contacted via email.

Prizes
For each age group there will be 3 winners:
1st £25
2nd £15
3rd £10

- Entrants must be between the ages of 11 – 18
- Entrants must be part of the Thame community, this includes those who may live outside of
Thame, but attend a school in the Town, or are actively involved in the town.
- Submission must be the sole work of the entry.
- Prizes will be presented in the form of an Amazon gift voucher.
- Contact information of a parent, guardian or responsible adult will be required upon entry.

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. When: Last Tuesday of every month, 11:00am–12:00pm (starting 28 July 2026)Where: Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments, Tibbs Road, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8FH A supportive space to stay active, share experiences, and meet others affected by stroke.

Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
