Thames Valley Police officers conducted a series of traffic stops across Buckinghamshire last night, targeting uninsured drivers, speeding, and seat belt violations.
PCs Dollery and Wheeler were on patrol when they reported a driver for operating a vehicle without insurance. Several vehicles towing trailers with plant machinery late at night were also stopped and checked to ensure compliance with regulations.
In a separate incident, another vehicle was pulled over for exceeding the speed limit while entering Thame. The occupants were dealt with for failing to wear seat belts, with one passenger admitting, "I didn’t realise we had to wear them in the back."
Thames Valley Police continue to emphasize the importance of road safety and legal compliance. Motorists are reminded to always ensure their vehicles are insured, to adhere to speed limits, and to wear seat belts at all times.
Residents who witness dangerous driving or suspect illegal vehicle activity are encouraged to report it via the police non-emergency number 101 or online reporting tools.
