Thame Town Council will be considering the planning application for 154 homes at Land North of Oxford Road (P23/S4262/FUL), at a public meeting on Tuesday 13 February 2024, at 6:30pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall. The agenda for the meeting can be viewed on our website.
Please note the application will not be granted/refused planning permission at this meeting. South Oxfordshire District Council will take all comments made during the consultation period, including those made by the Town Council, into account when determining the application. Given the local interest in this planning application, please read the information below on how you can attend and/or speak at the meeting. Please be advised that we do not have the facilities to livestream our council meetings.
Attending the Meeting
- Attendance will be first come, first served, with a maximum of 60 to adhere with our fire safety regulations and seating capacity.
- No registration required.
- Please aim to arrive by 6:25pm so the meeting can start promptly at 6:30pm.
Speaking at the Meeting
- There will be a total of 20 minutes available for public participation, with a maximum of 5 minutes per speaker, in line with our Standing Orders.
- We may need to cap the number of speakers to ensure each speaker has sufficient time to raise their points.
- If you would like to speak at the meeting, you must register in advance in writing by emailing [email protected] (or by post to the Town Hall) by 5pm on Monday 12 February 2024. You will be informed on the day of the meeting your allocated speaking time based on how many other speakers have registered to speak.
- Please aim to arrive by 6:20pm.
