Wow! Just Wow. Thame, all the local and worldwide support, everyone......you have blown us out of the water again.
The Duck race was fantastic and the weather held off. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did; and you managed to make it a record-breaking year that will be hard to beat in the future (although we'll always try!)
We raised over £5300 which will be shared between local groups!! The winners will be contacted via email, if you haven't already.
Right, deep breath, we have some thank yous to make; without this support we wouldn't be able to make events like this so successful:
Helpful Hirings - who provide the tipper and a support vehicle to us 
OxSar - amazingly they volunteer to get in the river to guide the ducks to the finish line. They are amazing and do amazing things
Thame Freight - logistical support is essential for the smooth running of these events and they provide invaluable moving and setting up support
Sam and Danny Wyse - who maintain the field and mowed the path so that we could all spectate and get a good view of the Ducks
Nathan Swift - being a compere for these events is a big task and requires a big personality. Who better to have than our own celebrity: Swifty
The Wives of Roundtable - they provide front of house skills, logistical support, and generally put up with us devoting a weekend to pouring beer and chasing plastic ducks down a river
Thame Cricket Club 
- for allowing us to use their facilities for cleaning the Ducks
The Duck Washers! - it's no easy task washing and sorting all those ducks and without their help, we'd probably still be cleaning and sorting them well into July!
Captain Ducky - for being the best Pirate, building a great boat, and for getting wet in the river
Paul Cowell, The Mayor of Thame - for tipping the Ducks in
Everyone from Thame Roundtable, Thame 41 Club and our guests from Oxford Roundtable - it's tough but immensely rewarding being part of these events
And last, but by no means least - you! Everyone who bought tickets, quackers, and sweets, and showed up to support the race. It wouldn't be an event without your support and we really appreciate you being there and having fun with us

Pre-season training starts in the winter. We'll be quack next year!
