The Parish Church of St. Mary’s Church is now proudly flying the flag of St George on a brand new flag pole, installed on 7 November, due to the old one becoming unfit for use. The flagpole was made possible by a generous grant from Cllr Jeannette Matelot's District Councillor Community Grant Scheme. The St. George's flag will be replaced by the Union Jack on Remembrance Sunday.
