About this event
Music in the Park is a one-day family music and dance festival held in the lovely Elms Park in Thame Oxfordshire. To entertain we have two main stages, one for bands and musicians and the other for community choirs, dance troupes, schools, etc. One acoustic stage housed in a marquee and a busk stop where anyone can turn up and do a spot. Along with all this, there are numerous children's activities, a wide range of food stalls and trade stands and of course real ale, lager and the very popular Pimms and Cocktail bars.
This year we have circus skills, so come and learn how to juggle or walk on stilts. Abba Tribute band headlining along with an amazing laser light show, Bootlegger, John Hampden School Choir, Thame Concert band, Memphis Rattlesnakes, Thame Concert Band, Downs Syndrome Choir, Thame Stage Coach, Billy Watman, Urban strides, Young Rocks band, plus full schedule on the acoustic stage, and the busk stop.
