Lloyds Bank has extended their advice service another 6 months, until Thursday 2nd April 2026.
According to the Lloyds Bank website, Community Bankers offer banking services and account support, including:
- Card and PIN – reporting lost and stolen cards or ordering a replacement card or PIN.
- Manage your personal details – we can help you to update your personal details and contact preferences.
- Order a replacement cheque book / credit book.
- View and order statements.
- Close your account.
- Help with Internet Banking and Telephone Banking.
- Payments and transfers – paying someone new, managing a Direct Debit or standing order, or transferring money between your accounts.
Community Bankers can also help if you need support with a life event or have money worries. They can connect you to one of their specialist telephony teams.
They can also help you find the right support online.:
- Register a death
- Appoint someone to manage your affairs
- Adding a third party to your account
- Registering your support needs
- Help with money worries
- Fraud support if you think you’ve been scammed
- Proving your identity
- Register a complaint
Community Banking service is available at the Town Hall on Thursdays between 9am and 3pm.
