Invictus Fitness Centre

Invictus Fitness Centre is a state of the art gym that provides the perfect environment for all the family to achieve their fitness goals. We have the very latest equipment, second to none classes and training programs to suit a variety of passions, interests and fitness levels. 

Our gym is suitable for every type of training in a friendly open plan layout. It's divided into zones, with areas for cardio, strength & conditioning and functional fitness. We've got an amazing range of equipment and plenty of it too, so you will never have to wait for a squat rack! The centre also boasts a boxing ring, cycle studio, yoga studio and dance/conditioning studio. With so much choice, so many classes and so much to do indoors & out, it really  is easy to keep your workout interesting, varied and incorporate the whole family. ​

As our children grow older it can be a challenge to keep them fit & healthy. We offer an unrivaled program for kids with our Invictus Cubs membership which includes activities and clubs such as boxing, dance and outdoor fitness sessions. The aim of Invictus cubs is to help our members develop a passion for sport setting them up to love training and the rewards it brings.  We want to nurture a love of movement, watch them grow in confidence and help them to develop into strong healthy adults. 

Coming soon.......the Invictus healthy eating Cafe. When your workout is complete, take some downtime and enjoy lunch a  shake or locally sourced coffee. The Cafe will be open 7 days a week during gym hours and non members are welcome.  A great space to catch up with friends after your workout.
