A-level students from Lord Williams’s School are calling on local residents to help with an important part of their Geography studies this year.
As part of their Non-Examined Assessments (NEAs), students are carrying out independent fieldwork and research projects focused on different aspects of life in Thame. The coursework makes up 20 per cent of their final A-level grade and gives students valuable experience investigating real-world issues within the local community.
To support their studies, several students have created online questionnaires designed to gather opinions and information from people living in and around the town. Links to the surveys are now available on the organisation’s website, and residents are being encouraged to take a few moments to complete them.
Every response will contribute to the students’ research while helping them develop important analytical, communication, and data-collection skills. The projects also aim to give students a deeper understanding of the community and environment around them.
Residents wishing to take part are asked to complete the questionnaires before the closing date of Sunday, 14 June 2026.
