A truck filled with chewing gum has crashed across the central reservation of the M40 in Oxfordshire.Thames Valley Police have said: "Truck has rolled over and gone through central res on M40 Jn 8a to 9. Spilled diesel over all 3 lanes of southbound. We are working to open as many lanes as we can. It will be a protracted recovery, fully loaded with chewing gum, avoid if possible."Highways England said there were long delays, with about four miles of congestion approaching junction 9.
