Our specialist engineers have now arrived in OX9 and have identified a burst water main causing low pressure and no water to the area. The team are working hard on site to get your water supply back to normal as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a further update, we’ll let you know.

Our work to move water into the area is continuing following this morning's burst pipe, and we are starting to see pressure build in our network.
While some customers are back in supply, we're aware that others are still experiencing low pressure or no water. We expect customers without water to see their water pressure build over the next few hours with supply fully returning early this evening.
Until we’ve fixed the pipe, water pressures are likely to dip below normal levels during times of high demand, which tend to be early in the morning and evening.
We've had to temporarily close the bottled water station at Thame Farmers & Auctions Ltd, The Cattle Market, North Street, Thame OX9 3FP. This is so we can deliver fresh supplies, and will look to open this again as soon as we can. We will update you when we plan to reopen it.

We're sorry if you’ve been affected by the burst pipe in #OX9.
Some customers are back in supply, but others are still experiencing low pressure or no water.
It has taken longer than anticipated but we expect everyone to be back in supply tonight.

Thame OX9 3FP will stay open until 9pm as a precaution. 📍

Those without water should return to a normal supply after the evening peak demand – around 10pm.
We will be moving more water into your area overnight to keep the water pressures stable for the extra demand in the morning.
Please be aware, water pressures are likely to dip below normal levels during times of high demand, which tend to be early in the morning and evening, until we have permanently fixed the pipe.
