Thame Remembers has achieved its aim of remembering all 212 men from Thame who fell in World War One by placing a Thame Remembers Cross on their grave or memorial wherever in the world that may be, by the centenary of the end of WW1 in November this year.
To achieve this, Thame Remembers has calculated that over 300 volunteers have travelled more than 150,000 miles and visited; 4 continents, 23 countries, 31 memorials and 102 cemeteries. They would like to thank the people of Thame for this fantastic achievement.
