Coming up on Saturday 8th July is the Thame Town Music Festival which will take place within the High Street. A road closure, which will begin some time that same morning, will mean bus services are to serve alternative stops than usual for much of the day, with the event expected to finish at around 10:30pm.
- 280 buses towards Oxford will use the ‘Thame Museum’ (Thatch Restaurant side) stop whilst Aylesbury bound trips will call at the stop outside the Museum itself.
- 110 services to and from Worminghall and Aylesbury will also use the ‘Thame Museum’ stop outside the Thatch.
- The High Wycombe 40 bus may serve some parts of the town such as North Street, however due to anticipated traffic delays, it may well be advisable to use the ‘Kings Road’ bus stop, a short 10 minute walk away from the town centre instead.
