A minor planning application (P26/S1303/S73) has recently been submitted for the Community & Youth Centre project. This planning application seeks to vary some of the planning conditions on the main application (P23/S0644/FUL). This is necessary in order to enable the time-sensitive demolition of the changing rooms to happen before mid-July. The planning application (P26/S1303/S73) is open for public comments until 11 June, and will be considered by the Town Council’s Planning Committee on 26 May.
Once Thame Town Council have a confirmed date for the demolition, they will share the date and further details about what restrictions will be in place to keep everyone safe during the demolition period.
