The 3rd to the 9th of November marked Youth Work Week 2025, which is the National Youth Agency’s annual celebration of the life-changing impact of youth work across the UK.
This week also gave Thame Town Council a chance to celebrate Hannah Kape from Thame Youth Project, the full-time youth worker for the charity, with Mayor Andy Gilbert presenting her with a certificate of recognition. Hannah does so much for the young people of Thame, most of which goes unnoticed, so it was lovely to be able to acknowledge her and the difference she makes every day.
