Students celebrate outstanding GCSE results

The staff and Governors of Lord Williams's School would like to congratulate our Year 11 students on achieving some exceptional GCSE and BTEC results. 

Neil Dimbleby, Headteacher said:

“I am delighted for our Year 11 cohort. They have worked hard to achieve these fabulous results and deserve much praise for their efforts. There are so many wonderful stories of individual successes amongst these results. We look forward to welcoming the vast majority of this year group into our successful Sixth Form to continue their studies. For those who leave us to pursue other options, we wish them all the very best for their futures.”

48% of students achieved strong passes at grade 5 or above in both English and Mathematics.

The following students achieved an impressive eight or more full GCSE qualifications at grades 9, 8 or 7:

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. When: Last Tuesday of every month, 11:00am–12:00pm (starting 28 July 2026)Where: Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments, Tibbs Road, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8FH A supportive space to stay active, share experiences, and meet others affected by stroke.

Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
