Planning Applications in Thame

The District Council has over the past few weeks been busy updating their IT system and their usual system of notification may have been disrupted.  To help, the Town Council is listing recently submitted planning applications.  Please note any comments you might wish to make should be directed to the District Council, using the links provided.
 
Trafalgar House, 1 Nelson Street – Erection of three non-illuminated signs to the exterior of the building (as shown on amended plans received 27th May 2025), reference P25/S1092/A.
 
3 Roman Way – Relocation of rear side garden brick wall, reference P25/S1517/HH
 
Cattle Market, North Street – Car valet business - using a temporary structure which can be erected for use, and removed when the business is closed on Fridays. Work operation days will run Saturdays to Thursdays, the business will be closed Fridays to allow the market to operate freely Proposed hours are 9.00AM-18:00PM, reference P25/S1550/LDP.  Please note this is a technical consultation on whether the proposal would be permitted development and the District Council is not able to take public comments into consideration.
 
15 Dorchester Place - Change of use of 15 Dorchester Place from the existing commercial use to form three apartments, with a one bedroom / one bedspace apartment at ground floor level with, at first floor level, two apartments comprising a one bedroom / two bedspace unit, and a two bedroom / three bedspace unit. As shown, no external alterations are required to facilitate the change of use, reference P25/S1692/N5D.  Please note this is a technical consultation covering transport, contamination and flood risk only and the District Council is not able to take public comments into consideration.
