It is with great regret that I must inform you that I have taken the sad decision to close A Piece of Cake, with effect from Friday, 18 March 2022.
Sadly the advent of COVID 19 and the lockdowns that followed in 2020 and 2021 had a significant impact on our trade.
Add to this the result of the full implementation of leaving the European Union in January 2021 and the additional Customs Duties applicable to our European customers, it is no longer feasible for A Piece of Cake to continue trading.
This has been a difficult decision to make and I would like to thank each and every one of our customers as well as our loyal staff members. From those who have attended our classes, to those who ordered online from all over the globe, as well as those who continued to visit the shop when able - a heartfelt thank you for supporting the business over the years.
