CHINNOR RFC Thame will be holding a volunteer workforce morning later this month to continue the planting of trees at Kingsey Road.
We are extremely grateful to our army of volunteers who give up so much of their time year after year - you are the heartbeat of our Club.
We have been gifted six Silver Birch trees by Thame Trees - a project run by 21st Century Thame - who in turn have received sponsorship from Lucy Electric.
The trees will be planted on Sunday, July 25 and we hope to encourage volunteers from across the Club to come along. The working party will be from 10am-12pm, with bacon sandwiches and coffee available at 11:30am as a thank you.
We estimate six groups of between four to six people will be needed, with volunteers asked to bring a spade although we will provide any tools and wheelbarrows we have.
