The news is so often full with doom and gloom about the state of high streets and town centres across the country, but here in Thame that doesn't seem to be the story! BBC Radio Oxford, who previously showcased the success of Thame's Town Centre in 2013, re-visited the town again (over the phone this time) in a special feature on why we are bucking the trend. They interviewed Anwen Russell from What's Cooking, Tom Newitt from Newitt's of Thame butchers, Becky Reid, Market Town Coordinator for Thame Town Council, Brian Patterson from The Book House and Chris Hurdman from Thame's Tuesday charter market.
