Thame Green Living - Solar Streets 2021

On Tuesday 11 May, Thame Green Living team will be at Thame market to tell you all about the 2021 Solar Streets offer.
Solar Streets is a community discount scheme to buy solar PV panels and have them installed on your roof to have free energy in your home from sunlight….. even on a cloudy day.
Last year 7 installations took place in Thame through the Solar Streets scheme and more are in the pipeline….. so far these installations have saved 5 tonnes of carbon dioxide by producing their own renewable energy from sunlight.
They will also be joined by a Thame resident who is already benefitting from his solar panels installed last year.
So come along and get all your questions answered! There will also be an online evening Q&A evening on Thursday 20 May at 7.30pm which you can registered for here.

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others.
