A road closure will commence at 4pm on 18 September on Cornmarket, Upper High Street and High Street which includes the car parks. Residents and businesses located within this area with off-street parking are reminded to obtain access permits from the Information Centre. South Oxfordshire District Council have confirmed that their car parks (Cattle Market and Southern Road – Co-Op) will be free on Saturday 21 September.
