Lee Caulfield Pilates Workouts

Lee has spent over 25 years in the sports and fitness industry. Working with a range of different age groups from young groups to the over 50’s, both in groups or 1-2-1 classes.

Lee has worked in gyms, fitness centres both for the county council and privately owned. She has also worked with a large franchise group in the past, dealing with people’s fitness and nutrition. Helping people to achieve weight loss, toning, fitness and personal development.

Having worked across a number of different exercise disciplines in the past, over the last 10 years her focus has moved to Pilates in order to develop core strength, toning for her clients.

To work muscle around the injury to protect your body.

 

Core/Centre Work

A sponge core/centre will support your whole frame.

 

 

Classes are mat based and tailored to individual needs. Each class has different ability levels and during the class alternatives are given to ensure everyone is fully comfortable with their class.

 Classes are suitable for all ages both ladies and gentleman as well as the over 50’s.

 Please bring water and a small towel.

 Mats, pillows and small weights will be provided.

Prices

 

Classes are bookable in 6 week blocks at £42 so just £7 per class

 However classes can be pay as you go charge at £8 per class

Our Monday morning Café provides information, peer support and fun activities which are aimed to help with co-ordination, brain stimulation, and general health and wellbeing, for people suffering with dementia, mental health issues, old age or isolation. All welcome – come along with your carer, we would love to meet you. We meet twice monthly 10.30-12.30pm at Chinnor Village Centre. You will be welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuit. We start with fun seated exercises, followed by our visiting expert.
