This is a diverse and key role within the Facilities Department, joining the team at an exciting time, with a new helpdesk and compliance management software system. You must be able to work well as part of a supportive team as well as use your own initiative. This is a hands on role requiring the post holder to carry out daily compliance checks as well as many basic caretaker duties. In addition, basic practical skills such as painting, decorating, wood/metalwork, groundwork and gardening and the willingness to expand knowledge in these areas would be desirable.

Grade 5 with the potential to progress to Grades 6 – 7 £9.74 to £12.35 per hour
37 hours per week (10am/11am – 6pm/7pm), full time throughout the year
Actual starting salary £18,795 per annum
