CAR PARTS CALL HANDLER
£18,000 – £20,000 + EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Parts Sales Advisor to work alongside the existing sales team at one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxfordshire.
The Car Parts Call Handler role will involve being the first point of contact when dealing with telephone and email enquiries from the motor trade or members of the general public who are looking for second hand car spares.
The essential qualities required for the Car Parts Call Handler role include:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy sales office environment
- Previous experience with motor vehicles but not essential
- Being a Team Player
- IT Literate
The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a busy fast-moving environment.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 4.45pm (2 x 30 minute breaks) and Saturdays 8.00am – 12.30pm, with one Saturday off in every three.
