Lee has spent over 25 years in the sports and fitness industry. Working with a range of different age groups from young groups to the over 50’s, both in groups or 1-2-1 classes.

Lee has worked in gyms, fitness centres both for the county council and privately owned. She has also worked with a large franchise group in the past, dealing with people’s fitness and nutrition. Helping people to achieve weight loss, toning, fitness and personal development.

Having worked across a number of different exercise disciplines in the past, over the last 10 years her focus has moved to Pilates in order to develop core strength, toning for her clients.

 

Classes are mat based and tailored to individual needs. Each class has different ability levels and during the class alternatives are given to ensure everyone is fully comfortable with their class.

Classes are suitable for all ages both ladies and gentleman as well as the over 50’s.

Please bring water and a small towel.

Mats, pillows and small weights will be provided.

Classes are bookable in 6 week blocks at £42 so just £7 per class

However classes can be pay as you go charge at £8 per class

With just 10 days to go until our 5k fun run returns on Saturday 27th April, we’re urging parents and the local community to get behind this event raising funds for Lord Williams’s School.

 

The event is suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you want to run, jog or walk. Perhaps use it as a warm-up for a bigger challenge you’re taking on this year, or have some fun in the sun with all the family.

 

What’s happening on the day:

 

✅ A fun warm up before fun runners set off

✅ Mr PopMaster himself – BBC Radio 2’s Ken Bruce

✅ Fun run – starting at 1pm – obstacles & colour in the school field and Phoenix Trail

✅ Music

✅ Raffle

✅ Refreshments

✅ Thame Runners – find out about the local running club and what’s coming up for the year

✅ Thame Music in the Park – buy tickets for this fantastic event taking place on Saturday 5th May on fun run day

 

Entry costs £10pp and includes a well-deserved medal at the finish line.

 

 

All money raised from the event help to fund essential school equipment and resources. With funds from last year the PTA were able to purchase an interactive white board, new school football and cricket kits and picnic benches.

The Thame & Wheatley Ramblers Group has planned an leisurely 4 mile circular introductory walk on Sunday 28 April at 10am, starting in the Upper High Street car park, Thame. The walk will be followed by complimentary coffee and cake in Christchurch Hall (opposite the car park). All are welcome on the walk – just turn up on the day! The Ramblers Group arrange walks throughout the year of varying lengths and difficulty.
