Can you help Thame Youth Cafe?

Thame Youth Cafe is hub for the young people of Thame (11-16 years old) to enjoy activities and refreshments, and get support, in a safe environment. The cafe is run by volunteers and they are currently looking for more helpers to support the growing number of people attending the cafe; over 60 people attended a recent Wednesday session!

If you are available on Wednesdays between 3pm and 5pm, and would like to hang out with some brilliant young people whilst having lots of fun then you could be the person Thame Youth Cafe are looking for!

Please get in touch with Thame Youth Cafe if you can help or would like to know more. You do not have to commit to going each week and you can go along and try it out first.

Joseph and Grace are running Marathon des Sables in April, which is a race comprising over 250km in 6 days in the Sahara Desert. They are doing this for the charity Walk Once More – the spinal injury charity.   As part of their training they are running “Sunday Rundays” – an initiative to help spread the words of their adventure and the charity and help raise awareness.   Sunday Runday is a “fun” easy paced 5km run open to all.
